Know the seller, the deliverable, and the limits.
These are pre-launch buyer terms for a future Fullary Market. They do not indicate that listings, checkout, orders, or refunds are currently available.
Status and scope
The current Market catalog contains fictional design samples and no purchasable listing. These terms will govern a future Marketplace purchase only after Fullary activates checkout and presents the buyer with the then-current terms before payment. Current Fullary Pro subscriptions remain governed by the general Terms and Subscription Refund Policy.
Seller and marketplace roles
A Marketplace listing will identify an independent seller responsible for creating or supplying the advertised product or service. Modern Science House SPC operates the Fullary platform and its marketplace controls; it is not automatically the creator, publisher, adviser, importer, or manufacturer of a third-party offer. The checkout receipt and listing will identify the parties and payment provider relevant to the purchase.
Review before buying
Before payment, the buyer must review the exact deliverable, format, compatibility, license, seller, price, applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout, delivery timing, refund terms, and material limitations. A Marketplace purchase does not include a Fullary Pro subscription unless a checkout expressly says otherwise. A Pro subscription does not include a creator's Marketplace product.
AI-assisted products
A listing may disclose that a product was created or curated with AI assistance. AI-generated or AI-assisted material can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Unless a listing expressly and lawfully states otherwise, Marketplace material is not personalized financial, investment, medical, legal, or other regulated professional advice. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing a product before relying on, publishing, reselling, or applying it.
Payment and account safety
Live Marketplace payments, if enabled, will be processed through an approved marketplace payment provider. Fullary does not ask a buyer to send card details by email, chat, a creator-draft form, or direct transfer to a seller. The buyer must use accurate billing information and must not use an unauthorized payment method, evade risk controls, manipulate promotions, or submit a knowingly false dispute.
License and acceptable use
A purchase provides only the access and license expressly stated in the listing. It does not transfer the seller's copyright, trademark, source files, resale rights, exclusivity, or right to train a model unless the listing specifically grants that right. The buyer must not redistribute, resell, expose access credentials for, reverse engineer, or use an item unlawfully beyond the granted license.
Delivery, refunds, and disputes
Enabled purchases will be subject to the listing-specific terms and the Marketplace Delivery, Refund and Dispute Policy. A buyer should preserve the order reference, listing description, delivery evidence, and communications relevant to a problem. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to the buyer are not waived by these terms.
Availability and liability
Fullary may remove a listing, restrict access, or pause an order when reasonably required for safety, rights, legal compliance, provider review, fraud prevention, or a dispute. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Final warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law terms will be shown for acceptance before any purchase is enabled.
