Browser extension access
Install Fullary only from its verified official Chrome Web Store listing. The public build keeps bookmarks, folders, searches, and exports local; it does not publish links, synchronize records to Fullary, or take payments. If the listing does not open or the publisher details look different, stop and contact support.
The extension's ordinary local tools do not require a Fullary account. Use the simple Free-account path when you want the separate optional cloud workspace or to create a public link. Signing in alone does not upload or synchronize the extension's local vault.
Before contacting support
Keep the page URL, approximate time, browser, and a short description of what you expected. Do not paste private project text, passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or identity documents.

Potential data exposure, cross-account access, payment problems, or account takeover receive priority. Send security reports to admin@fullary.com without including unnecessary private workspace content.
Public snapshot reports and appeals
Use Report this snapshot on the public page for hateful or abusive material, threats, sexual exploitation or explicit material, privacy violations, unlawful activity, spam, or intellectual-property concerns. The reporting page explains one-time tracking, takedowns, owner appeals, copyright notices, retention, and urgent-safety escalation.
