Operator and agreement

Fullary is operated by Modern Science House SPC, Commercial Registration No. 1568033, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. Legal notices may be sent to admin@fullary.com. If you use Fullary for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

The service

Fullary is productivity software that lets you deliberately submit, organize, search, edit, export, and delete selected AI-assisted work; connect private Problem, Attempt, Failure, and Outcome records; generate a fact-labelled return-to-work brief from those records; and create revocable, unlisted snapshots of content you explicitly choose to share. Fullary does not scrape, crawl, import, or reconstruct an external account or conversation history; access another person's data; use browser automation to copy content; or fetch content from an optional source URL. The Free and paid plan limits and beta capabilities are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions cover only the first-party, self-service software features described there. The current Fullary Market is a private-draft and design preview and does not facilitate third-party transactions or services.

Marketplace preview and separate future terms

The Fullary Market preview contains fictional samples and lets signed-in creators prepare private draft offers. A draft is not public, purchasable, reviewed, approved, or connected to a seller payment account. There is currently no Marketplace checkout, order, platform commission, or seller payout. If Marketplace transactions are later activated, sellers and buyers will expressly accept then-current Marketplace Seller Terms, Marketplace Buyer Terms, delivery and dispute rules, and the restricted-products and AI-content policy before the relevant transaction features are used.

Fullary Pro and Fullary Market are separate products. Lemon Squeezy remains the Merchant of Record for Fullary's own paid software subscriptions and is not being used to collect or redistribute third-party seller funds. Any future Marketplace sale requires a separately approved marketplace payment and seller-onboarding flow.

Your account and content

The current Free and Pro plans are single-user accounts assigned to one person. Do not share your ChatGPT or Fullary credentials or let another person use your login. Fullary cannot reliably distinguish separate people behind one shared login; anyone using it may receive the same plan access and may be able to view, change, share, export, or delete all private Fullary data in that account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You retain rights you hold in content you save. You give Fullary only the limited permission needed to host, process, display, search, link, export, share at your direction, and delete that content according to your actions. You must own or be authorized to use each item you manually submit and must not upload credentials, payment-card details, unlawful material, copied content that infringes another party's rights, or another person's private information without authorization.

Unlisted sharing

A Fullary share link contains an immutable snapshot of only the saved item, exact passage, or one message you explicitly reviewed when creating it. It is not a link to a native ChatGPT message, complete chat, folder, project, or private workspace. Unlisted means the link is not offered for public discovery by Fullary; it does not mean secret. Anyone who receives the URL may view or forward it until the selected expiry or until you revoke it. In the owner extension beta, the available presets are one hour, one day, one week, one year, and permanent until revoked; Fullary validates the preset and computes any expiry on the server. Review the snapshot carefully and do not share personal, confidential, regulated, financial, authentication, or third-party material without authority.

Public-link creation is screened for high-confidence prohibited patterns. Visitors can report a snapshot for human review. Fullary may immediately revoke a link and purge its public title and text when reasonably necessary for safety, rights, law, or these Terms. Reports, good-faith owner appeals, copyright notices, and retention are described in the Public-content reporting process.

Plans and prices

Prices are stated in US dollars before applicable tax: Pro Monthly is $12 per account each month and Pro Annual is $108 per account each year. The secure checkout page shows the final amount, applicable taxes, billing cadence, and legal merchant before payment.

Payment and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record identified at checkout. It handles payment processing, indirect-tax collection where required, invoices, and payment refunds. Unless cancelled, monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year at the price shown before purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges that Fullary does not control.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so paid access ordinarily continues until then. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier charge. Refund eligibility and request deadlines are described in our Refund Policy; any non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.

Plan changes and beta features

We may change future plan features or prices as the product develops. Capabilities marked beta may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn while they are evaluated. We will not retroactively change a completed billing period. If a renewal price increases, the new amount will be disclosed before it is charged where applicable law or our billing provider requires notice. You may cancel before renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fullary to violate the law or another party's rights; publish hateful or targeted harassment, credible threats, gratuitous violence, sexual exploitation or explicit material, doxxing, dangerous or illegal activity, or infringing content; submit private data without authority; distribute malware; interfere with service operation; misuse reporting; or evade account and billing controls. We may restrict or terminate abusive use and will preserve rights and remedies required by law.

AI content and service availability

Fullary helps organize material; it does not verify that an AI response, source, recommendation, or outcome is accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing content before relying on it. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature, or any particular result.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fullary and Modern Science House SPC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and their aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Fullary during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Fullary at any time and can export or delete your data through account controls. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance, or for a material breach of these Terms. Subscription cancellation and account-data deletion are separate actions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction that applies where you live. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Oman, except where applicable law requires another forum.

Fullary is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
