Fullary public links are unlisted, but they are still public to anyone who receives them. This page explains the controls used when a snapshot may violate the rules or another person’s rights.
Report a public snapshot
Open the snapshot and choose Report this snapshot. Select the closest reason, describe the specific problem, review your submission, and send it. Fullary returns a high-entropy tracking URL once; save it because only its hash is retained. Reports do not automatically remove a snapshot or disclose the reporter to its publisher.
What Fullary reviews
Reports cover hateful or targeted harassment, credible violence or threats, sexual exploitation or explicit material, privacy and doxxing, dangerous or unlawful activity, copyright or other intellectual-property concerns, and spam or other abuse. Fullary may immediately disable a link while a serious safety or legal concern is investigated.
Decisions and retention
A confirmed takedown revokes the public URL and purges its title and text from the share record. Fullary retains only bounded report, decision, account-binding, and security metadata for up to 365 days for review, abuse prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. A no-violation decision leaves the snapshot unchanged. Automated pre-publication checks block only high-confidence prohibited patterns; they do not replace human review.
Appeal a takedown
The publishing account owner may ask for one good-faith review by emailing admin@fullary.com from the email used for that Fullary account. Include the original Fullary share URL or internal share ID, the approximate publication date, and why the decision should be reconsidered. Do not resend the removed text. Fullary verifies account ownership before discussing the case. Purged content is not restored; if an appeal succeeds, the owner may create a newly reviewed link.
Copyright and intellectual-property notices
Use the snapshot's report form and choose Copyright or intellectual property. Provide a reachable email, identify the protected work and your authority to act, identify the material and Fullary URL at issue, provide the original location where practical, and explain the requested action. For a formal legal notice or counter-notice, send the same information—plus your legal name, physical or electronic signature, good-faith statement, and accuracy/authority statement—to admin@fullary.com. Fullary may request legally required additional information before a final decision.
Urgent danger
The report form is not an emergency service. If someone faces imminent harm, contact the appropriate local emergency authority first, then send the Fullary URL and time observed to admin@fullary.com without copying unnecessary harmful material.
